Conference Highlights - Making the most of your TIME!

• Plan ahead and invite customers to join you for the pre-conference Golf or Sporting Clays events.
• Set up Monday afternoon for that evening’s Conference Reception.
• Maximize extended break times with attendees.
• Conduct a giveaway drawing at your booth.
• Sponsor the Cornhole Tournament benefitting the OGA Scholarship Fund or invite a customer to be your partner for the event.
• Donate to our Silent Auction where all proceeds go to the OGA Scholarship Fund.

Sponsor Facts:

• A current OGA Associate Membership is required to be a sponsor of the 2023 OGA Annual Conference.
• Each Sponsor receives one six-foot (6’) draped table and two chairs. Electricity is available on request. An additional table will be available on a limited basis.
• All Sponsors are to be registered and set up no later than 8 a.m. Tuesday, August 29, and tear down no earlier than 11 a.m. Wednesday, August 30.
• Registration and set-up will be open from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday, August 28 and 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. Tuesday, August 29.
• Sponsors are responsible for their own set-up and tear-down.
• To ship materials to or from the hotel contact the Embassy Suites at (405) 253-3547.
• All breaks, prize drawings, and activities will be held in the exhibit hall. Any prize drawing announcements will be during breaks or mealtimes.
• The Exhibit Hall is open for conference participants from 7 p.m. – 8:30 p.m., Monday (optional); 8 a.m. – 9 p.m., Tuesday; and 8 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., Wednesday.

A current OGA Associate Membership is required to be a sponsor of the 2023 OGA Annual Conference. Non-members interested in a sponsorship level higher than the "Basic" or with questions, please contact Jeff Kaufmann at [email protected] or Michelle Monaghan at [email protected].

Additional Individual Registrations (from the same company and when registering together) – $270 per person. Includes: Tickets to all meals and entrance to all sessions.

An extra six-foot display table is available for $100.

• Cornhole Tournament Team – $50 per team

To ensure all Sponsorship Benefits are received, registration must be completed by August 11, 2023. Registration is not complete until payment is received.

Cornhole Tournament
Following dinner Tuesday, August 29, we will host our annual cornhole tournament with entry fee proceeds going to the OGA Scholarship Fund. Invite a customer to be on your team at $50 per team.

On a first-come, first-served basis, sponsors who register for the conference AND commit to bringing a Cornhole game set – 2 regulation-size boards and 8 bags – will have the opportunity to promote their company. All components of the cornhole game set must meet the equipment standards of the American Cornhole Association. Silent Auction benefits the OGA Scholarship Fund
For more than twenty years, OGA has awarded $1,000 college scholarships to high school seniors who are dependents or grandchildren of OGA Member employees or retirees. This year will be no exception. To raise the funds necessary for these scholarships, the association will be conducting its annual Silent Auction in conjunction with the Annual Conference.

All members are asked to donate a gift basket or silent auction item valued at $100 or more. The more items donated to the auction; the more scholarships can be awarded.

The auction will take place Tuesday, August 29 after dinner. Please bring donated items to the Annual Conference Registration table by 12 noon, August 29th. OGA staff will then develop the auction sheet for each item in the auction. Members who plan to donate silent auction items or need more information should contact Jeff Kaufmann at [email protected].
