2025 OGA Annual Conference Sponsor/Exhibitor Registration

The deadline to register is August 11, 2025.

The OGA Annual Conference brings together natural gas professionals from across Oklahoma and neighboring states. It is an excellent opportunity for any company wanting to partner with natural gas companies of all sizes, from large distribution and municipal gas systems to midstream companies.

Conference Highlights: Making the most of your TIME!

• Plan ahead and invite customers to join you for the preconference Golf or Sporting Clays events.
• Set up Monday afternoon for that evening’s Conference Reception.
• Maximize extended break times with attendees.
• Conduct a giveaway drawing at your booth.
• Sponsor the Cornhole Tournament, which benefits the OGA Scholarship Fund, or invite a customer to partner with you.
• Donate to our Silent Auction, where all proceeds go to the OGA Scholarship Fund.

Sponsor Facts

• OGA Associate Membership is required to sponsor or exhibit at the 2025 OGA Annual Conference.

• Each Sponsor receives one six-foot draped table and two chairs. An additional table will be available on a limited basis.

• All Sponsors are to be registered and set up no later than 8 a.m. on Tuesday, August 26, and tear down no earlier than 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, August 27.

• Registration and setup will be open from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Monday, August 25, and from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. on Tuesday, August 26.

• Sponsors are responsible for their own setup and teardown.

• To ship materials to or from the hotel, contact the Embassy Suites at (405)-253-3547.

• All breaks, prize drawings, and activities will be held in the Exhibit Hall. Prize drawing announcements will be made during breaks or mealtimes.

• The Exhibit Hall is open for conference participants from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Monday (optional), 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Tuesday, and 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday.

All sponsorships include tickets for one person to all meals, one exhibit space with a six-foot table, and entry to all sessions. See “Sponsor Facts” for more details.

Nonmember Exhibitor – $900

Membership in the OGA is required to sponsor or exhibit. This fee includes your annual affiliate membership dues (a $375 value, which includes ad space in the OGA Directory) and all benefits provided in the Exhibitor Package.

A current OGA Associate Membership is required to sponsor the 2025 OGA Annual Conference. Nonmembers interested in a sponsorship level above the “Exhibitor" level or with questions should contact Deborah Miner-Gonzales at [email protected].

Additional Individual Registrations (from the same company and when registering together) – $270 per person. Includes: Tickets to all meals and entrance to all sessions.

Additional Opportunities for Sponsors:

• Cornhole Tournament Sponsor (must provide boards and be prepared to run the tournament) – $150
• Cornhole Tournament Team – $50 per team
• Golf Tournament: Individual Golf Hole Sponsorships – $75 per hole
• Golf Tournament: Prize Hole (Long Drive or Closest to the Pin) - $150
• Golf Tournament – $90 per player
• Sporting Clays – $90 per shooter

Cornhole Tournament

Following dinner on Tuesday, August 26, we will host our annual cornhole tournament. The entry fee proceeds will go to the OGA Scholarship Fund. Invite a customer to be on your team for $25 per player ($50 per team).

On a first-come, first-served basis, sponsors who register for the conference AND commit to bringing a cornhole game set – two regulation-size boards and eight bags – will have the opportunity to promote their company. All components of the cornhole game set must meet the equipment standards of the American Cornhole Association. Silent Auction Benefits the OGA Scholarship Fund

For more than twenty years, OGA has awarded $1,000 college scholarships to high school seniors dependent on or grandchildren of OGA member employees or retirees. This year will be no exception. The association will conduct its annual Silent Auction with the Annual Conference to raise funds for these scholarships.

All members are asked to donate a gift basket or a silent auction item valued at $100 or more. The more items donated to the auction, the more scholarships can be awarded.

The auction will take place on Tuesday, August 26, after dinner. Please bring donated items to the Annual Conference registration table by noon. OGA staff will then develop the auction sheet for each item in the auction. Members who plan to donate silent auction items or need more information should contact Jeff Kaufmann at [email protected].
